When More Support Is Needed

Helping You Find the Right Level of Care

KENFLO believes responsible emotional wellness support includes recognizing when someone's needs extend beyond our services. We seek collaborative relationships with licensed mental-health professionals, healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, social-service agencies, faith communities, and other qualified providers.

In an emergency

KENFLO is not an emergency or crisis-response service.

If there is immediate danger, call 911.

For immediate emotional or mental-health support, call or text 988 — available 24/7 in Minnesota for emotional or mental-health distress, including suicide and substance-use concerns.

When appropriate, we may encourage services such as:

Referral Does Not Mean Rejection

Sometimes the most responsible form of support is helping someone reach a professional whose qualifications and services better match the person's needs. KENFLO seeks to make that transition respectful, supportive, and stigma-free.
