Our Services
Non-clinical emotional wellness support, coaching, education, and practical skills — built around people, not diagnoses.
KENFLO provides non-clinical educational and coaching services designed to help individuals, couples, and families strengthen communication, emotional understanding, problem-solving, and relationship skills.
Emotional Wellness Support
Practical, non-clinical support for adults navigating everyday stress, grief and loss, burnout, emotional strain, relationship challenges, personal transitions, caregiving pressures, and other life circumstances. Sessions emphasize emotional awareness, resilience, healthy coping, reflection, problem-solving, communication, and practical wellness strategies.
Life Coaching & Personal Development
Goal-oriented coaching for individuals seeking greater confidence, motivation, accountability, personal direction, and support through significant life transitions. Areas may include: personal growth · goal setting · motivation · decision-making · confidence · life transitions · accountability · healthy routines · purpose and direction.
Marriage & Relationship Wellness Coaching
Support for couples seeking to strengthen communication, listening skills, emotional understanding, conflict-management skills, trust-building behaviors, shared goals, and healthy relationship habits.
Family Emotional Wellness Support
Practical support and education for families navigating communication difficulties, parent-teen challenges, changing family roles, cultural transitions, immigration-related adjustment, intergenerational differences, everyday family stress, and major life transitions.
Emotional Wellness Check-In & Resource Navigation
A structured non-clinical conversation designed to help individuals identify areas of stress or concern, reflect on their current support systems, identify practical resources, and determine whether additional professional assistance may be appropriate.
Mental Health First Aid Training
An educational training program that teaches participants how to recognize common signs of emotional distress and mental-health challenges, offer calm and non-judgmental initial support, and connect someone to appropriate professional and community resources. Training covers risk factors and warning signs, supportive conversation skills, when and how to involve professional or emergency help, and self-care for helpers. Delivered in workshop format for workplaces, faith communities, schools, nonprofits, and community groups. Participants learn to respond and refer — not to diagnose or treat.
Pastoral Counselling
Faith-informed emotional wellness support for individuals, couples, families, and faith communities. Conversations integrate a person's values, faith traditions, and spiritual practices into emotional wellness, communication, grief and loss, relationship strain, caregiving pressures, and life transitions. Sessions are non-clinical and are offered alongside — never in place of — licensed clinical care or medical treatment. When needs extend beyond our scope, we help connect people with qualified pastoral care providers and licensed professionals.
